One product's campaign in particular, Stilnoct a sleeping drug, far exceeded the client's targets and expectations. The campaign was a great success with a direct mail response of over 24% from a cold list, leading to a sharp upward U-turn in sales and return on investment figure of over 1000%.

It also picked up a string of national and global awards including a Royal Mail Direct Marketing Association Prize.
